DPS Bopal, Ahmedabad is still sleeping. Same routine is carried on since the 6 year old boy was dropped at wrong stop UNATTENDED.
Still no head counts are done nor the parents signature is taken while handing over the child back.
Systems need to be put into place where every bus has a list of children boarding daily. Every child is given a number and while boarding the bus, on a simple pre printed sheet a box is checked. This checked boxes are then confirmed with a head count. Every time children board or de plane.
It is simple and does not cost much. But still the school waits, probably till some major mishap takes place.
Adding insult to injury the school does not reply my simple queries. Who is responsible, what actions are taken and what corrective measures are put in place?
God give sense to the management. Give ideas as to how to get the school talking? God Bless.

Losing Focus. Delhi Public School, Bopal.
Today I have created this blog, with the intention to have a forum of the parents, students present and alumni and all those who are concerned with DPS school anywhere.
I am a parent and till now a sort of satisfied parent of the DPS Bopal. This is near Ahmedabad. But yesterday "pairo tale jameen khisk gayi". And I want all concerned to know about this and see that it never happens to anybody.
I wish to get support and feedback from you all.
Incident was such that DPS Bopal School bus dropped my SIX year old kid on a different Drop Spot and the bus conductors and the teachers in the bus had no clue as to did my son board the bus or not. Me and my wife were shattered, terrified and shocked. How can they drop a 6 year old kid on traffic street unattended? And do not know anything about it.
So please see this does not happen with any child ever. My son reached by the grace of GOD on his own, walking alone. It was overcast sky and raining heavily.
I invite you all to come together and form a forum where we can contibute constructively in seeing small small things which are neglected do not get neglected.
Its my first experience at blogging so please bear with me. Regards. Sanjay
